Truffles amongst other things...

HA!   and i thought i wasn't gonna get much done today...Gettin up early with the  donut makers, and went to the store--got that out of the way so i could have all day to do banana bread, banana cake, banana cupcakes and  used the cake and made banana truffles. IN between  all that yummy goodness i made a few maybe not so good for ya lunches...a Big John Steak and onion - Linda Style..very good! then had run out of jalapeno butter so made another batch of that and cooked me up a burger with  my butter smothered in it...Think i am done in the kitchen for the night...
